One-year Quality Guarantee

When you make a purchase through Fein, you will be protected by our One-Year Quality Guarantee. In the event that the components provided by us fail to meet the specifications set forth by the manufacturer within twelve months, we will either replace the components or refund the original purchase price.

Authentication & Testing

With strict inspection system through our entire sourcing network, every part that passes through us undergoes rigorous testing procedures. We work closely with top certified testing labs to ensure the quality of products. Component authentication, electrical testing and more value-added services as per customers request.

In-house Inspection

All components that enter our warehouse go through a thorough inspection process on arrival. Components are photographed and undergo inspection based on the type of part, age, supply chain and specific customer requirements.
